We have a wide range of machinery that we use, including the Negri Bossi’s, Borche and Bole ranging from 55 tonnes up to 500 tonnes.

Our modern and energy-efficient machines are equipped with 3-axis robots or sprue pickers, providing us with a wide range of capabilities. As a result, we are able to operate 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, without requiring staff on site.

Plastic Supplies Dudley Limited are able to offer advice on tooling design and materials to use to best suit your product.

We have experience with using both steel and aluminium tools. In addition, we are more than happy to run more complex tooling with hot runner systems or automatic unscrewing systems.

Furthermore, we prefer to purchase tooling made within the United Kingdom, with the majority of our tools made locally within the Midlands.
